Nytorpsskolan Mural ‘23
A Participatory Mural Painting ProjectTogether with three separate Grade 4 classes of Nytorpsskolan, Hammarkullen, we installed mural paintings directly onto walls within their classrooms and a nearby corridor.
We used our cut-project-trace-paint method to sketch / prototype towards a final design that could be implemented by the students themselves.
The students created characters and imagined friendly conversations between them - using imagery and emojis to communicate.
